EDITOR’S NOTES: In this episode of The Iced Coffee Hour, hosts Graham Stephan and Jack Selby sit down with Sophie Rain, one of OnlyFans’ top creators who’s earned over $100 million. She opens up about her journey from serving tables to building a luxury lifestyle of supercars, multiple homes, and a growing farm, while candidly discussing her spending habits, the controversies surrounding her work, and how she balances it all with her personal values.

Introduction

JACK SELBY: Sophie Rain, thank you so much for coming on the Iced Coffee Hour podcast.

SOPHIE RAIN: Thank you for having me here.

JACK SELBY: You’ve gone viral so, so, so many times. I’ve seen you on my feed because of this clip. You’re with David Dobrik. You show him your OF earnings.

SOPHIE RAIN: Yes.

JACK SELBY: How much have you made so far on OF?

SOPHIE RAIN: The last time I checked, of all time?

JACK SELBY: Yeah.

SOPHIE RAIN: Last time I checked, it was $100 million.

Revealing the $100 Million Earnings

GRAHAM STEPHAN: Can we see that? Of course. I just want to see what that looks like.

SOPHIE RAIN: That’s just been a big thing that everyone’s arguing online about, that it’s not fake and everything. So I’m going to show you guys here in person that it is real.

GRAHAM STEPHAN: Are you not worried about showing people how much money you make?

SOPHIE RAIN: Definitely was a big concern of mine, but at this point, it’s out there. I’ve been trying to prove for so long that this is how much I’m actually making and no one believes me. So I’m on the site and you can see that I’m not faking anything. I’m going here. I will go to my statistics.

GRAHAM STEPHAN: If it will load.

SOPHIE RAIN: And then this is the last 30 days. I’m going to hit all time. And these are the two, so this is the gross.

JACK SELBY: There’s just, wow. Wow.

SOPHIE RAIN: And then you can see that it’s not a screenshot. It’s real.

GRAHAM STEPHAN: Hold on, dude. My heart’s like speeding up a little bit.

JACK SELBY: Okay. That’s just completely unbelievable. From what I can tell, it seems authentic.

GRAHAM STEPHAN: I mean, it’s real. I don’t see why it’s fake.

JACK SELBY: What are people saying? Why are they saying you’re making it up? Or how can they claim that you’re making it up?

SOPHIE RAIN: They say that I’m Photoshopping it and everything and that I’m lying about how much I make just because, I don’t know, I want to seem cooler, I guess. But I have no reason to lie. Everything I put out online is intentional. I wouldn’t lie to anyone about that.

GRAHAM STEPHAN: Does that worry you though? Showing that much money and then now you become a target to people.

SOPHIE RAIN: I mean, not really. I have a really good financial advisor that keeps me in lock and most of my money is in investments.

GRAHAM STEPHAN: What about the Amouranth situation where someone tried to break in and steal her crypto?

SOPHIE RAIN: I’m not into crypto. I’m not in crypto.

Comparing Earnings to LeBron James

JACK SELBY: The idea out there is that you make more than LeBron James. What do you think about that?

SOPHIE RAIN: It’s honestly unbelievable. I’m waiting every single day to wake up from this dream because it just doesn’t seem real. But, you know, we do very different things obviously. And I think that he’s a great basketball player and he deserves as much wealth as he gets. But you know, we’re just 2 top earners. I don’t know.

GRAHAM STEPHAN: So this makes you the top earner of OF?

SOPHIE RAIN: I believe so. Yes. I mean, obviously I don’t know just because other people don’t put out how much they make, but it says on OF that I’m in the 0.1%.

Misconceptions and Public Image

JACK SELBY: What do you think is the biggest misrepresentation of who you are?

SOPHIE RAIN: Right now I think a lot of people believe that I make money off of my friends in the Bop House. That is a big misconception. I don’t make money from anyone besides myself. I think that we’re all just there to kind of support each other and help each other raise our income. And I think that that gets miscommunicated to the audience that I’m making money off of them because I’ll sit there and I’ll repost all of their posts. I’ll post it as if it was mine or something, just trying to get more traction on their pages. And that’s all I’m trying to do is just support my friends. But people think that I’m making money off of them and that is not true whatsoever.

A lot of people also think I’m pregnant. I’m not pregnant.

JACK SELBY: Where did that get started?

SOPHIE RAIN: I think I got just a little heavier, you know, I was eating good one week. And then people said I was pregnant, but I’m not pregnant.

GRAHAM STEPHAN: Do you lean into that sometimes? You’d be like, oh, maybe I am. I don’t know.

SOPHIE RAIN: No.

GRAHAM STEPHAN: And then doesn’t that get more traction?

SOPHIE RAIN: It definitely would. It definitely would. I was thinking about it, but then again, I try to be as real as I can with my audience. So I was like, just not a good idea.

Taxes, Investments, and the Farm

JACK SELBY: So to earn over $100 million does not mean that you have $100 million because there are platform fees and then of course taxes.

SOPHIE RAIN: Of course. Yes.

JACK SELBY: How much do you pay in taxes?

SOPHIE RAIN: I pay a lot in taxes.
